Roles and Responsibilities

This position will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company. The following is a compilation of the key responsibilities:

• Devise and run in-bound marketing campaigns to generate sales leads for the company’s conversational commerce product line
• Responsible for company’s social media digital assets
• Devise and implement a data-driven campaign ROI mechanism
• Manage a funnel of compelling content created organically and/or created by partners
• Exceptional communication skills

Skills and Experience

An ideal candidate will be a well- rounded, mid-level marketing professional with deep knowledge of the areas mentioned above. The market and product, we can teach you, but you must have a strong domain expertise in key disciplines of modern in-bound marketing via Social Media. We will look for the following attributes in a holistic way:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing is preferred
• At least 3 years of solid in-bound marketing and PR experience in the eCommerce space for a B2B technology company
• Intimate knowledge of contemporary Social Media Marketing is a must
• eCommerce industry experience is a plus
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills is a must This role is based in Palo Alto, CA and remote working arrangement is not an option.
